T Housing is a renovation project of an old residence hotel repurposed to meet the current needs and preferences. During the design process, we had several challenges, such as the existing swimming pool with its high retaining wall creating visual disconnection from the sea and high building density produced with a structure language that is incompatible with its environment. To address these issues, the pool area was demolished, and the beach area expanded. On this level, new sunbathing and terrace areas were introduced. At the first coastal elevation of the plot, a restaurant, children's playground area and spa-wellness area planned to be accessible to all guests. To alleviate the visual impact of the multi-story structures, the design employed wide green terraces and balconies, concealing the building density by incorporating greenery into upper floors.
