P Houses is a residential project nestled harmoniously on a gentle slope near a red pine forest in Yeşilüzümlü. Strategically positioned on its own plot elevation to offer breathtaking views of Geyran Mountain, the three two-story twin houses are designed with a private garden and pool area that enriches the living experience. Designed to integrate with the surroundings, the ground floor has a natural stone plinth in harmony with the landscape. The upper floor exhibits a modern and minimalist design, characterized by a white box structure that creates a striking contrast with the natural surroundings.
The entrances to the dwellings are located at the lowest level of the site, accessible from the road. From here, an external staircase leads to the upper floor where the main living areas are located. On the ground floor, the open kitchen, dining area and living room are brought together to reinforce a sense of openness and connection between the different uses. Each house is designed with a basement with sauna, hammam and car park, adding both comfort and convenience to everyday life.
