E-Istanbul is a renovation project that transformed an apartment in Istanbul into a harmonious living space for its new owners. The design team created defined spaces and reduced visual clutter by concealing irregular columns and beams with new walls and ceilings. Hidden lights were used to add ambiance and drama through ambient lighting. Built-in furniture designed with the new walls integrated with the existing space, providing ample storage space and functionality.

Reflecting the natural beauty of the region with its lush vegetation and endemic wildlife, the hotel features four restored stone buildings, including a historic watermill integrated into the restaurant. These stone structures serve as cozy guest houses and provide guests with a unique and unforgettable stay. The green terraces overlooking the Butterfly Valley blend perfectly with the forested hillside, offering guests an oasis of calm with mesmerizing views.

Project transforms an old residence hotel, addressing challenges, such as a pool obstructing the sea view and high building density that doesn't match the surroundings. The pool was removed to expand the beach with new sunbathing areas. A restaurant, children's playground, and spa-wellness areas are designed for all visitors. To mitigate the visual impact of the multi-story structures, the design incorporates wide green terraces, balancing built and natural elements.

Located in Yalıkavak, project area occupies a 13-decare site with rocks, trees, and bushes. The area situated adjacent to a busy street, offers a stark contrast to the bustling urban environment with its serene landscape. To block the street noise that reaches the upper levels of the plot due to the sloping topography, the main goal of the project was to create a serene and harmonious village-like environment shaped with natural elements.

The project sits on a hilly slope in Yalıkavak, featuring large olive trees and striking rock formations. The north side faces a steep rocky slope, while the south side overlooks a noisy street. To mitigate the noise, the south facade was designed with thick stone walls and minimal openings. On the north, main garden area features a big pool and terrace areas, forming a secluded space enclosed with designed environment and landscape.
